This updated version of our prior Collab CREME DE LA CREME is an Oat Cream TRIPLE dry-hopped TIPA with Citra, Citra Cyro, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, & Galaxy. Our most hopped beer ever! Tasting notes of melon, orange, passion fruit, and lychee. Medium-full bodied. Subtle bitterness.

Served in a teku glass from a 16oz can.
Appearance: Super cloudy with medium bubbles and a white head rising about 10mm off the body. Drops after one sip.
Smell: Light floral aroma accompanied with warm honey.
Taste: Hoppy but smooth mellow malts with small doses of deep bitterness. Semi sweet floral feel which is offset by a light cane sugar finish. Honestly the more I drink it I am noticing oatmeal and mellow barley.
Mouth: Soft carbonation, sticky body. Literally almost perfect. Feels a touch dry which is good, makes you finish the glass even faster than you think.
Overall: Good brew, just happy I can digest this with the help of a lactaid pill. Good good ridiculously good brew, Salud!
