16 oz can from Tavour. An absolutely gorgeous pour, pale golden; huge thick, airy, frothy head; and steady columns of carbonation. Aroma is biscuity and bready, with very light floral notes. Taste stays tuned in to the lager notes, crackers, malty, with very faintly detectable notes of orange and lemon, fruity. Not at all what I was expecting from Evil Twin, but it still is a great lager, excellent, and probably one of a handful of beers that I've given a 5 to for appearance.

poured from a 16oz can into a FFF DLD nonic pint glass. pours a foggy yellow with over three fingers of fluffy white foam head. lightly hoppy with some musty oak and clean lager yeast on the nose. the citrus aromas from the hops are almost immediately cut with oak and grass. taste follows and essentially you have an oak-conditioned hoppy lager. full mouthfeel, well carbonated. this is a delicious beer.
