Very hazy with sediment light yellow/orange color with a very respectable and long lasting white head with lots of nice lacing.
The aroma is citrus and tropical fruit with notes of herbs and pine. The taste is tangerine, lemon, mango, papaya, grapefruit, passion fruit, plum and white grape, very slightly sweet, slightly tart. The finish is citrus zest, pine and herbal hops.
The body is medium, very nice carbonation, crisp but also fairly smooth and very drinkable, moderate bitterness, very nice balance. Altogether, this is a very tasty and interesting version of New England IPA, great for fall activities and holiday fare but I could do this year round, oustanding.

What kinds of aromas, flavors and feels come along with the fall season? The answers are obvious- tropical fruit; bright and floral bouquets; crisp, clean and refreshing bitterness; right?
Evil Twin’s version of Fall is one of hops. Thank God It’s Fall starts off with a bubbly and frothy pour leading to a lemon-gold appearance and a firmly hazy body. As the scent of tropical fruits, citrus and berry roll off of the froth, so does herbal, botanical and spruce scents as well. Creamy sweetness of cereal, lychee and powdered sugar frame its initial taste.
As the session shows a quick dryness, the palate shifts toward the hops for a decidedly fruity session chocked full of tropical pineapple, passionfruit, papaya and mango while flavors of mandarin orange, lime and white grapefruit seem more citrusy. Racy with a nearly bitter version of sherbet, the session shifts more bitter with a finish of cedar, black tea, blackcurrant, hemp and verbena.
Medium bodied and super charged with hop flavor, the double dry hopped Mosaic and Motueka ale has the juicy of hazy ale but the dryness of more classic American IPA- perfect for Fall.

TGIF / THANK GOD IT’S FALL. It pours a hazy yellow color with a huge, lacing, long-lasting head. The aroma has notes of freshly fallen leaves and wood stoves. The flavor hints at earth, leaves, wood, dry, and melon. Good feel. Overall, it tastes like fall!
