16oz can courtesy of my wife's boss
Poured into a Fat Head's nonic pint
P gold w/ a slight chill haze; 1f white head; quick to med recession
N med nose of corn, cereal malts, and some other indiscernable sweetness; not unpleasant
T neutral cereal malts in the forward, light grassiness mid-palate, and finishes with lots cloying corn sweetness; the sweetness pairs with an earthiness and both flavors coat and linger; some citrus in there as well; light warmth; some tanginess and zing; the profile does not come together well though, unfortunately
Mf med bodied w/ med-high carb; airy and lightly creamy
O this one was.. er, not great; I enjoy a well-made craft malt liquor (Steeplejack's comes to mind), but this example was a mess of cloying corn/cereal malts; with that being said, the nose was inoffensive and the mouthfeel was solid
