Chill hazed straw. Big grassy hop aroma and flavor with light oaky character; grainy biscuit malty notes. Nice balance but definitely leans hoppy; Foudre not overdone. Crisp, clean and refreshing.

L-Heavily carbonated with a light straw-gold body. Two and a half fingered frothy head is present. Looks delicious.
S-Sweet German malt, subtle lemon grass, slight woody oak and earth. Followed by rice. Bready, grassy and floral bits at the end. Moderately subtle.
T- A pop of sweet and roasty German grain, tart lemon grass, and oak barrel that gives subtle wine hints; bready. Cracked pepper and subtle cookie/banana bread hints are found. I guess it is slightly phenolic. Green in nature with subtle grassy and earthy tones throughout.
F- Heavy carbonation at the beginning that dissipates rather quickly. Light bodied, of course.
O- Pleasantly surprised. Evil Twin rocks, but was a bit skeptical from the nose. Turned out to be a dam good beer. Effortlessly drinkable, but very nuanced. Would absolutely have again.

Copenhagen 25/6 2023. 47,3 cl can from DrikBeer webshop. Green tinged drawing of a humid Greenhouse on the can.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patch of foam floating about. Clinging to the sides of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light sweet malty odor mingling with a floral, grassy scent. Sweet pale malts, bread and citrus. Freshly mown grass.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet. lingers for bit. Finish is thin and sweet.
Sweetish lager with a light touch belgian sourness.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour, full, airy head eventually settles down, clumps of lacing. Grainy, bready aroma. Malty, biscuity taste leads to a mildly bitter bite at the finish. Full mouthfeel.
