Not really my favorite beer style but it’s smooth and really like a smoothie. Loads of fruit flavor and the tropical fruit comes through strong.

Drank from a 1 pint can purchased on Tavour
Served in a tulip
02/29/24
The beer poured a completely opaque, deep yellow-orange hue and was topped by a thin, frothy white film that quickly dissolved. There was no lacing whatsoever.
The aroma was outstanding. Mango came through strongest. Really sweet and juicy. Ripe pineapple was noticeable as well. Hint of guava too. Overall, pretty straightforward but amazingly good.
The flavor profile was similar to the nose and just as impressive. Big mango presence up front. Pineapple appeared as the beer moved along the palate. Some salinity was also noticeable. The salinity increased slightly on the back end and in the finish. Hint of guava after the swallow.
Really solid mouthfeel. The body was thick and viscous like a fruit smoothie. A super fine, prickly effervescence gave the liquid a nice fluffiness on the palate.
ET STAY HOME 19 is an intensely tropical fruit forward and refreshing fruited sour that was perfect on this warm summer evening. Few breweries do this style better than Evil Twin.
