Making a beer that every gal can love isn't all that hard. Fruity, tart and pull it away from every other beer flavor imaginable does just the trick. Blueberry, raspberry and grape are the tools that Evil Twin uses to draw in every palate possible to the beer bar.
Cloudy and concord purple, hints of mauve and burgundy play into a creamy pour and a loose frothy cap. Bold scents of fresh squeezed berry juicy tease the nose with cider, citrus and sourness. Sweetness takes hold of the middle palate with pastry flavor, sourdough and squeezebox juiciness. Tartness rises to balance the sweet fruitiness with suggestions of lime, lemon, green apple and gooseberry. But its those red and blue berries along with grape that gives the finish a winey impression.
Medium-full for smoothie sour ale and not as sweet as most, Dew Berry More might just sway a bunch of beer dudes as well.
