Poured stout black with a chocolate brown head; there were islands of what looked like carbonation *in* the pour.
I immediately thought that this may have benefited from being decanted.
I was not wrong.
The taste is that of a decent stout with a touch of peanut butter and what could be lactose. Not sure what makes “soft serve” different than regular ice cream, but it might be in there.
The feel is lightly viscous for the first pour, rather nice.
The second pour is where the wheels come off. Huge bubbles show up in the head, definite chunks in the liquid.
OA, happy to try this before I gave it to my stout appreciation group. Not likely to buy a different one in this series.

Sixteen ounce can with peanut butter ice cream on the label. Is there anything more beautiful?
Spy jet black except for the cappuccino floaties around the edges that I presume to be peanut butter cup. Smells like peanut butter. I approve.
Freezer Fresh Sundae Peanut Butter Cup is a long name for a rather dull beer. There a touch of chocolate & peanut butter, perhaps an echo of soft serve (or is that just the marketing in my mouth?). None of it prominent, laid over a pretty decent stout. Not going to be able to finish this by a long shot.
I can think of much better uses for a big can of 11%. Sub-mediocre.
