Frederiksberg 20/8 2025. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C. Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with a more subdued scent of tart citrus fruit. Sweet passion fruit and mango. Whiff of citrus and lemon. Discrete dry vibe.
Rather strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed and balanced by a strong bitterness. A little rough around the edges. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Sweetish with a rough bitter edge.
