Copenhagen 18/3 2026. 49,3 cl cn from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. A collage of a grumpy cat wearing a suit and tie on the can.
Pours opaque murky orange with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a 4 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer completely. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fermented odor of over-ripe stone fruit barely hiding an considerable ABV. Rough citric note. Mango and soft bruised peach. Sharp alcohol. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit viscous, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet and boozy undertone. Lingering. Finish is dry with a sharp edge of alcohol.
Quite the mountain lion.

Look - Pours a somewhat dark hazy gold color with a nice head that lasts a good while.
Smell - A citrusy smell, with grapefruit, lime, and lemongrass.
Taste - Very hoppy. Oddly, I barely taste the citrus I got in the nose.
Feel - On the bitter side.
Overall - A decent IPA, though I'm not a huge fan of the flavor.

16oz can from Tavour. Murky orange/golden pour, big airy head settles to thin creamy cap leaving streaky lacing behind. Aroma is citrus zest, caramel, light tropical notes. You can sense the ABV on the nose. Taste is citrusy, pineapple, toffee, dank, boozy. Hefty mouthfeel with a warm glow on the way down.
