A blend of 2 Side Project stouts; ‘Owk’ aged 21 months in Willet 4yr Rye barrels & ‘Vibes’ aged 18 months in Buffalo Trace Mash Bill #2 barrels. Then, blended with 2 Evil Twin stouts aged 57 months in Balcones Distilling Blue Corn Whiskey barrels. Conditioned on raw macadamia nuts & Mexican vanilla.

Big stout. Flavors are well balanced, with great barrel presence and vanilla on the backend. Not getting the nuts at all. The dryness at the finish could be the nuts, but could also be the roast or the barrel. Vanilla really pops on the aroma. Overall, it’s an outstanding bottle from 2 heavyweights.
