Copenhagen 10/3 2026. 47,3 cl can from Øltanken web-shop. A very anonymous rendering of a young guy with glasses and no face on the can.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone frt and a slightly gentler scent of tart citrus fruit. Sweet peach and nectarine. Grapefruit and lime. Hint of sour citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lively and a bit fizzy texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter but a bit thin. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit fizzy and thin. But refreshing.
