Can into Nucleated Pilsner Glass (Canned 12/12/25)

Look: Cloudy golden yellow body, pouring a creamy 1 finger head which dissipated into a thin cap.

Smell: Biscuity malt with some grassy and floral hops. Lemon with a touch of yeast. Light oak tannins. medium ish strength

Taste: Bright lemon with a biscuity malt. Floral hops bring a barely noticeable bitterness. Light oakiness in there. Finish rather quick a oaky, sweet malt

Feel: Light-med body, moderate carbonation, crisp and clean finish

Overall: very good pilsner. Ended up surprising me in a good way. The oak conditioning didn’t dull everything or make it heavy at all, just mellowed the flavors a bit while keeping it bright and clean

Clear light gold. Biscuity malt and floral/earthy hop character with very light oaky notes. Great balance but def leans a bit hoppy and Foudre character is well subdued. Light to medium bodied, crisp, clean and refreshing. Crushable!
