Bottle at the Aviary. See beer one for more info.
A - Less foam than One, but more than Two. Otherwise looks the same.
S - Massive Laird's character here. Base beer is faint, but imparts a little caramel. There's a bit of oaky vanilla as well. While you'd think this has the potential to be cloying the contrasting character of the brandy and malts actually brightens things up. Quite nice here.
T - The taste is quite similar to the aroma. Loads of apple brandy and light malt caramel. No discernible Belgian yeast character, but that's alright. Alcohol is reasonably well-hidden here too.
M - Nearly identical feel to One.
D - The best beer in the series. If you're at Aviary I'd suggest ordering this one before it runs out.

Bottle at Torst. Poured into a stemmed wine glass.
Pours a orange golden color with little to no head. Smell right away is apple very prominent. Some caramel as well. Taste is similar apple juice and brandy. Also get notes of caramel and sweetness. For some I could see the apple flavors being too much, but I really enjoyed it.
The apple brandy really shines through in this beer. Overall very good beer I would like to revisit in the future. Looking forward to trying others in this series.
