Bottle at the Aviary.
A - Extreme foam here, with a big head that nearly overflowed, eventually settling to a thick collar and splotches of lace.
S - Massive peat, sharpie, iodine, salty sea air, and mild chemical. Basically it tastes like an Islay whisky. Base beer has been absolutely obliterated.
T - The taste is similarly heavy on peat, charred wood, permanent markers, iodine, and so forth. If you gave this to me blind the only thing that would suggest it was a beer is the feel.
M - Smooth, medium-full body, pleasant lower carbonation, some definite alcohol warming going on.
D - If you like Islay whisky, this is enjoyable for about an ounce. However, a 12oz bottle was overkill for even four people. I know that the purpose of this experiment was to allow the barrels to express themselves, but this is barely beer anymore. Perhaps some blending and restraint should have been exercised here.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
