Bottle at The Aviary. This was a blend of beers One through Nine, with exactly equal proportions - 11.11% from each.
A - This was one of the moderately carbonated ones.
S - When I asked the server about the blend ratios and heard it was equal, my heart sank. The Laphroaig obliterates everything, although I suppose it's a *tad* more mellow than Aviary Five.
T - The taste is similar to the aroma, and quite similar to Aviary Five, but with perhaps a bit of sweet caramel, and perhaps a touch of sweet spirits in the periphery.
M - Medium-full body, medium-low and soft carbonation. Tannic and dry finish, with less alcohol heat than most of the other variants.
D - I think this could have been interesting if the Laphroaig made >2% of the blend. As is, it's basically Aviary Five Redux. I'd skip this one. In summary, try the Laird's, Stagg, and cognac, and perhaps the tequila if you're into that.
