This is our take on the India Pale Ale style, inspired by West Coast IPAs. Less malt character and more hops, the majority of which are added in the final minutes of the boil or later. Drinks dry but not too bitter. Hope you enjoy, this one goes to eleven.

This is a bit unusual. A beautiful beer pour from a bottle into a snifter. Cloudy golden yellow with a nice foamy white head with great lacing. It looks better than it tastes. It tastes fine but a bit average for an IPA that looks like it should have a more complex flavor.

Pours a rich copper with a foamy, large, retaining head. Bottle says 08/27/15, I believe. I don't know if I washed out the glass right because it's murky and there's quite a few particulates in it, but it's my only bottle so I'm gonna review it anyway! I'm getting almost no smell aside from a standard malty hops. Taste is inoffensive and matches the malt-forward smell. Very great creamy consistency when you drink that leaves you refreshed and wanting more. Big head that stays at least half a finger to the very end. Kind of reminds me of a Celebration from SN, or a Torpedo but a little less bitter. They are indeed going after a West Coast profile. Good resinous taste. Would drink again. Good buzz in the morning after just one beer. Haha.

12oz bottle poured into a tulip glass. Bottled on 06/24/15.
Appearance: Pours a hazy, pale straw with 1 finger of head
Smell: Lemongrass and strangely, peanuts
Taste: Some spearmint and pine with bread after taste
Mouthfeel: Medium
Overall: Not at all what I remember what it was like on draft last year. Very one dimensional and far too malty. By the date on the neck it is fresh, but certainly doesn't taste like it.
