Bottle from Wegmans. Hazy golden pour with creamy white head. Musty, dusty, malty aroma. Taste brings the dank, bitter, savory. Caramel, Toffee. Nice. Easy to drink, lots of flavors.

Comes in a very hazy, almost opaque bright yellow color, with some floaties. A creamy white head with great retention.
Smells initially of Noble hops--grass and green pepper, then you notice more tropical and citrus fruits--peach, mango, orange, and lemon.
The taste is largely stone fruit upfront--white peach, apricot, nectarine, and then some pineapple and mango. The malt is white bread with a decidedly sugar cookie sweetness, with some oat nuttiness. The finish harks back to the Noble hops with honeydew melon, leading into grass and green pepper crispness. Moderately sweet with a lingering light bitterness.
The mouthfeel is medium-bodied and creamy, medium-high carbonation, creamy but not overly thick.
A very interesting taking on a NEIPA, with German hops.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a tulip
L: Cloudy golden pour with 2 fingers of foamy white head. Falls fast... solid lacing.
S: Tropical fruits... citrus and biscuity grains.
T/F: Follows the nose. Crackery malts and grains give way to a mildly tropical and citrus hop profile. Reasonable bitterness. Not overly complex but good flavor. Medium to light bodied... finish is fruity.
O: A reasonably flavorful IPA. Some good tropical notes... easy drinking despite the relatively high ABV. Nothing 1st rate or anything but also didn't hate it.

- spiegelau ipa glass.
A: Dirty lemon peel coloring pour sits a beautiful N.E. juicy orange in the vessel, dense and hazy. A frothy half finger, milky cream topping has a whipped consistency and long lasting duration. Juicy, wet, lip quenching appearance, finishes with a stratified thick ring lacing down the glass.
S: Dank citrusy-orange with background suggestions of citrus-tropical fruit. Tart twang, wet and juicy tropical moments with some dank herbs and grassy moments. A spicy citric zing, is sharp, wet, with a good strength and stays with you a bit.
T: Flavor of dank oranges, sharp citric tones, and grapefruit. Tart twang, wet and juicy with grassy herbal hops. Spicy flowery hops. The flavor is wet and tart, with a dry flowery hop presence teasing the tongue long after the swallow.
M: Sharp and tingly carbonation provides life with a tart and tropical warmth. Creamy smooth texture.
O: You had me at the first sip, perhaps even at the name, so aptly put. A tart and dank tropical nature with grassy and dank herbal hop flavor has bright wet moments and thirst quenching appeal will leave you begging for more. Outstanding drinkability, more will surely follow with solid bittering and flavor range.

Undated bottle into pint glass. Pours a cloudy straw color with a persistent white head of fine bubbles. Great lacing. Initial impression is subdued florals, tropical fruits, and a hint of bitterness, but this is not "dank" by any stretch of the imagination. Mouthfeel is medium, as is carbonation. Finish is dry and slightly fruity. Altogether, not a terribly memorable IPA.

Pours hazy, orange-brown in color with minimal head. Taste is toffee, apricot, and orange. Sweet with light bitterness, heavy bodied, low carbonation. Not really dank, but make for a slightly above average IPA. Great marketing, but not nearly as dank as several other beers I have had recently. Makes for a slightly above average IPA. Not sure if I would get this again, but this is ok. An ok introduction to the brewery.

12oz undated bottle.
Pours hazy yellow with a moderate head and retention. Aromatics are muted, with hints of cut grass, biscuits, citrus, and wet paper. On the light side of medium bodied with a soft but crisp mouthfeel. Mint, lime zest, clove-rubbed lemongrass and cardboard on the palate. Fairly bitter and dry with zero malt but quite stale. Finishes with lingering wet paper and cardboard.
Old beer. I'd be interested in trying a fresh one.
