16 oz can served in a lager glass.
Pours with a clear dark reddish-brown body with a durable bone-colored head. Good lacing.
Aroma: too much dank hop aroma.
Good flavor that's true to style, including much of hop flavors and bitterness.

This beer looks great and smells pretty good, sadly the taste and feel don't follow through.
3HB tastes weak. There's some background astringency, but no malt or depth. There's nothing really bad, just nothing particularly good either.
A thin unsatisfying taste, a disappointing purchase.

Had on tap at the brewery. Oddly lacking in any depth of flavor whatsoever. It's not just non-complex, it's simply missing the dark malty flavors you expect from a dunkel lager - and there's nothing filling the void. Oddly enough it doesn't come across as watery. Just...nothing. Weird. Not unpleasant, however.
