Hazy, translucent purple appearance with a creamy, white and purple-tinged head. Good retention and lacing for a Gose.
The aroma is immediately salt and coriander, but also lots of berry jam.
The palate is blackberry jam and wheat malt, but very prominent salt and coriander. A spicy and balanced, tart Gose.

16 oz can split with my wife. Looks very nice - fairly dark purple color with a nice rocky off-white head. Smell and flavor are fairly sour with some fruitiness but not a whole lot else going on. Not terrible but definitely a letdown.

L: hazy purple/pink with a thin lilac head that quickly dissolves to a film
S: unripe blackberries, citrus, sea water, funky yeast
T: tart blackberries sprinkled with a little salt, some lemon
F: nice carbonation puts some tingle on the tongue and throat. Smooth and dry with a pleasant tart/salty aftertaste
O: a darn good blackberry gose. The berry flavor is prominent without being over powering, the saltiness is well balanced by the funky tanginess. My only complaint is that I would have preferred slightly over-ripe blackberries to slightly under-ripe ones, but over all this is a very tasty beer.

Very juicy berry taste however, to be a true gose I need to taste the salt and I’m just not getting any of that. Should be more of an American wild ale beer rather than a gose.
