On tap at Three Heads Brewing in Rochester, NY.
The This one pours an extremely hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells weirdly peppery and astringent, with some nice juiciness.
This has some decent bones, but the hop burn is just too much on this one. It’s astringent, dry, vegetal, and peppery. There’s some pineapple and mango, but it’s unbalanced.
This is medium bodied, but not incredibly drinkable.
I like Three Heads a smidge more than I used to back in the day, but this was a swing and a miss. Perhaps it will settle in time, but I don’t really plan on finding out.
