Can: looks like a cheap soft drink can.

Appearance: light pinkish-brown with good head, dissipates too quickly.

Aroma: smells of cheap cordial mixed with a melted zuper-duper ice-block.

Taste: sickly-sweet berries, definite underpinnings in lager. Not bad if you like it sweet and cheap-tasting.

Aftertaste: artificial fruit taste disappears and is replaced with bad quality chemicals.

Mouth feel: very bubbly, like a soda pop. It does actually come across as a shandy made from average lager and cheap raspberry soft drink.

Overall: super-sweet, cloying and overpowering artificial berry flavour over cheap lager with lingering off-chemical tastes. I certainly won't be having this one again.

It has the pale pink appearance of strawberry bubbly. Smells like beer and berry-flavoured candy. Mouthfeel is light and thin like soda. My expectations were fairly low on this one but the taste isn't all that bad for what it is.. it does actually have some beer flavouring under the assault of artificial sweetener. I would pick this beer over a cheap cask wine because it isn't as overpowering sweet.. although the chemical aftertaste does build.
