I love this new beer- a very nice English Pale with a nice malty profile but still plenty of hops. Crisp and with 5% alc I can have a few in one session.

Had this on tap at Yogi's in Bloomington. Here goes:
A: Good. Bright orange-amber. Very clear as well. Beer has an average head but sufficient lacing.
S: OK, somewhat weird, though. Hops consist of grapefruit, citrus rind and white pepper. Also a cloying sweetness and alcoholic smell that interferes with the hops somewhat, which is weird since the beer is only 5% ABV.
T: Cloying sweetness and alcoholic smell are also apparent in the taste. Hops give way to these two aforementioned flavors. Beer is somewhat messy/imbalanced because of the interference by these two flavors at the back of the tongue. Not bad, though.
F: Good. Nicely carbonated, very full-bodied for a 5% ABV beer.
O: It was good, but not what I'm expecting from an APA.
