Opaque black with a firm tan head that persists. Rich creamed coffee with bits of chocolate aroma and flavor. Earthy hop flavor is just enough to provide balance.
Superb coffee stout.

The coffee flavors from Tinker Coffee's Single Origin Nicaraguan really overshadowed the character of the rum barrels in this iteration of Pinko!. It smelled great, but flavor-wise it was (unexpectedly) not very high on my list of favorites from the Christmas in July tapping.
