Pours dark, w/ a brief, thin head. Wine from barreling is there on the nose, but also a thick fruity sweetness. Dense.
Flat12 says it was "aged with 2 strains of Brett to add extra layer of complexity." Complex is spot on - boozy, sweet (like molasses), fruit (like raisins or plums), but also sourness from the Brett. This mix carries all the way through and lingers. I bet this gets even better in a year.
