Pours a crystal clear golden color. Effervescent with a spritzy lively white head that dissipates quickly. No residual head is left behind. Looks like prosecco when its poured. The remnants of the can do divulge some yeasty floaters into the glass.
Aroma has notes of white grapes, lemon, lime, papaya and some woody hop notes. There is a touch of soapiness to the hops on the nose.
Taste has notes of apple juice, white grapes, pear, lemon, lemon grass, lime, with a woody earthy hop note on the finish. Its surprisingly sweet in a fruit juice sweetness kind of way. Finish has a light touch of bitterness but its not overpowering.
Feel is light, lively and vivacious. Prickly carbonation throughout.
Overall this is pretty good. Tad more sweet than I care for, but overall its one I'd drink again. Best brut IPA I've had to date.
