Copenhagen 27/5 2019. 35,5 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Very purple brown can simply telling me the name of the beer ant to expect a lot of spices.
Pours opaque dark, dark brown with a small beige head. Stable. Settles as 3 cm thick layer of dense foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense and sweetly spiced. Cinnamon is very distinct. Hints of vanilla and anise. Chocolate and toffee. More like a piece of slightly nauseating cake than a beer.
Light carbonation. Fat, soft, creamy, oily texture. Very smooth.
Flavor is very sweet but avoids being cloying. Followed by a light bitterness. Aftertaste is intensely sweet with light alcoholic burn. Lingering.
Fat, milky and quite spiced up Stout. Goes a bit too far on the Cinnamon. But incredible smooth.
