(L) cloudy yellow; like bottled lemon juice
(S) box of lemon heads but not as sweet
(T) reminds me of being a kid and stealing all the lemons at the table. Sour carbonated lemon.
(F) light and crisp; carbonated
(O) crisp refreshing fizzy lemon; happy I bought more than one.

these guys both know how to handle some funky beers. fancy 375ml bottle dumped out a cloudy orange/yellow color with a decent lil white fizzy head. settled in the glass nice. lots of very tart and funky yeast on the nose let you know whats going on here, with a good amount of lemon zest and bready, biscuity notes coming in to balance everything out. diving in, it's noticeably fizzy and very tart, a long note of lemon and lime zests, mixed citrus juice in general and just a tart yeast flavor which quickly transforms into a nice and smooth bread-y beer flavor that lets the tart aftertaste mellow out and draw you in for more. fantastic. it's light and crisp, but still has quite a body to it. should've bought two bottles, a nice little beer if you like the style.
