This Brett saison was aged for 7 months in a foeder, creating this light and funky beauty of a beer. Refermented on pink guava for an additional three months, the end result is aromas of tropical fruit and funk leading right into a fruity, light, spritzy, tart & crushable beer that’s lovely in any weather.

Poured from a can dated 8/2019. Pours an opaque orange yellow with a two finger fizzy white head that dissipates quickly leaving little to no lacing. Smells of funky brett and guava, melon, maybe some pinapple as well. It has a lively mellow tartness up front that quickly gives way to guava and stone fruit flavors. Finishes sweet. I get very little brett character on the sip and going back for another sniff it only comes back when the glass is agitated. It's been awhile since I've had the base Bridget but I remember it being more funky and wild than this. Must be mellowed by the fruit. Would agree with the crushable moniker on the label description. Nice beer.
