Black in color with a mere trace of light seeping through. There’s a quarter inch of brown on top. Faint lacing. I smell rich, dark chocolate. I’m tasting dark chocolate and roasted barley. There’s a touch of plum as it warms. The sweetness of the dark chocolate and the bitterness of the roasted barley complement each other. The mouth is sticky and warm with alcohol.
