Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
I don't know Bridget, but if I did, I might use apricot as a pet name for her. If that was cool with her. Not sure what it means, but whatever. Anyway, this stuff pours a mostly clear sunset brass topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises tart apricot, mild raspberry, light lemon zest, and a touch of biscuit in the background. The taste brings in more of the same, minus the berries, and the sourness ratcheted up a mild notch. The body is hefty light, with a light moderate carbonation and a liquid feel. Overall, a pretty nice apricot-based sour boi, nothing too special, but something that goes well with an afternoon on the deck in the heat.
