Dull matte black with a short tan foam dying to a sparse film.

Dang, I was looking forward to this one, but it's slightly tart...I'm not sure if that's just a clash of milk sugar with whatever seemingly brighter cinnamon they used, or perhaps an over abundance of vanilla. But it could be the yeast, as it has a sort of sharp, acidic apple character in the exhale.
