Aged for over a year in 15 gallon smol barrels, Nick blended copious amounts of Ghirardelli chocolate & Raspberry puree into this beer, creating a liquid raspberry cake delight complimented by the lovely barrel spice.

Had on tap. This reminded me A LOT of Jam The Radar by Bottle Logic, and honestly this might be better! Black oily pour with a brown cap. Smell is spot on: huge raspberry, super rich dark chocolate fudge, bourbon, molasses, toasty oak, with supporting vanilla and anise. Taste is much the same, raspberry is somehow both jammy and fresh, not sure how this can be improved on. Feel is warm, smooth, has great barrel character, thick but not super heavy. The wife loved it.
