Coconut lovers unite! We used the same stout base as the 2024 peanut butter BTM, added coconut, almond and Ghirardelli chocolate to make this candy bar inspired beer. Think of this beer more as a dark chocolate Almond Joy. Bitter chocolate notes with soft coconut and almond that follows.

poured from a 16oz can into a perception glass. pours see-through darker brown but settles in the glass a shiny black with a lasting dark khaki foam cap. sun tan lotion coconut on the nose that i can’t move past. the taste hits with more chocolate and light coconut up front but the finish is the same sun tan lotion coconut flavor that follows the nose. medium-full mouthfeel. as it warms i get more chocolate on the nose but overall i can’t get past the weird coconut flavor. my guess is it’s raw coconut used instead of toasted or a blend of raw and toasted.
