Pick-Up Lime

Had at Haymarket from their exclusive taps. Lime is an interesting rendition for the saison. (Lemon probably is easier to bring out; given how yeasts seem to be trained to do that, and all the varieties of citrusy hops must help.) At any rate, I don't make a critical review because lime is uncommon and is more refreshing than flavorful. The test of whether Haymarket has a really good saison is how well it goes with food and, unfortunately, I drank this on an empty stomach. However, I like their creative beers and will try their Belgians again.
