Consumed on site on 8/29/20. The beer is listed as a Lemon Saison.
The look is clear and golden with a nice frothy head capping it off.
It smells of lemon and peppery spice, while the taste follows exactly. The lemon is nice. Not overpowering, but definitely there. The feel is creamy and relatively light, but not too much so.
As my first foray into this brewery’s offerings, I’m very impressed. This one is a winner. My only regret is there was none packaged in the store for purchase.
