Pours a black/dark brown with a light khaki head. A little light passes through the edge. Big whiskey nose, dark chocolate with a hint of coffee. Wonderfully blended whiskey, dark chocolate, caramel and vanilla flavors. Booze is there but not overpowering. Mouth feel is on the lighter side, could be fuller but doesn't take away from the beer as a whole. Really enjoyable beer. A winner for me!

Strong whiskey or bourbon aroma and taste. I would have guessed over 10% because of the aroma. Great aging of the lighthouse porter.
