A saison with the addition of raspberry, cinnamon, and vanilla.
The look is a murky pink with a head that is off white with a shade of pink. The aroma is berry and muted (sweet?) cinnamon. The taste has a slight medicinal note, probably from the raspberry? The vanilla sweetness and the subtle spice from the cinnamon help to "cover up" the medicinal note. Raspberry is a hard flavor to master I've noticed. This is a very fun beer. The saison base is obviously a solid table-ish beer.
