A saison with brett, and dry hopped with amarillo(?).
Amber in color, with no head and minimal carbonation for the style. The aroma is great! Citrus bomb, wet hay, slight band aid. The taste is similar, however it's lacking in the citrus department (as compared to the aroma). It finishes fairly dry, and a touch astringent. This could be worthwhile to hold onto for a while.
