Two finger white head which rapidly dissipates . Lots of lacing. The aroma is as good as it gets with vanilla, spicy yeast, cinnamon notes. The flavor is good but not as impressive with typical Belgian spice with a light fruity aroma. Stantad for most saisons. Light to medium body and moderate to high carbonation. Overall the aroma is as good as it gets. Flavor is standard. Very drinkable. Intuition seem to favor IPAs but their saisons are actually very good and of high caliber.

A - pours with two fingers of off white foam on a hazy, amber brown body. The head settles relatively quickly and leaves light lace.
S - ginger, coriander, and bready malt with a touch of caramel.
T - soft, bready malt up front with a bit of spicy wheat character. Spicy notes of ginger, clove, and cinnamon in the middle. Finishes with thick malt, clove, and a hint of vanilla.
M - medium-thick body, moderate carbonation, and a fairly sweet finish.
D - very nice, and drinkable despite its sweetness and complexity. I have been very impressed with intuitions raisins so far, and this one is perhaps the best of the lot.
