A: Nice large 3+ finger head on a murky pale golden body.
S: aroma can be picked up a foot away with corriander, Belgian yeast, other herbs and musty lemon peel citrus.
T: this one is fairly tart initially. It seems a little watery too. The Belgian yeast is strong here with herbs and citrus tartness from orange peek, lemon and tangerine.
M: light to medium body and moderate to high carbonation. Moist finish for the style but still dry very late.
Overall: this brewer has an excellent grasp on the Belgian style. This is another nice saison which follows the Belgian roots of the style in both flavor and ABV.
