L: Poured from a bottle to a tulip glass. Had an odd dark pink color and a hazy consistency. There was an inch of off white, fizzy / foamy head that quickly dissipated. Not much lacing to speak of.
S: An alluring aroma of wood, a vinous quality, and Belgian yeast.
T: Tasted of a whole lot of the vinous quality (lots of grapes in this one), some Belgian-style yeast, a malty quality (mostly in the finish), some oak notes, a definite sourness, and berries as well. The inclusion of grapes is an interesting one, adding a new dimension. The flavor's sweet, sour, and oddly endearing.
F: A highly carbonated beer with a lively, prickly finish). Medium-bodied.
O: While this isn't the typical American Wild Ale, it's strangely likable. Definitely worth a shot.

Poured a dark-gold body with one-finger head and lace ring down glass. Vinous, sour grape/musty aroma with some oakiness noticeable in aroma as well. Smooth, woody, the pinot noir aspect of this beer dominates as beer is mostly a slightly sour, vinous affair but there is slight sweetness to it as well. Clean finish surprised me and this is a beer that hits different notes (sweet, sour, acidic, woodiness, funkiness) while maintaining a balance that at least keeps the vinous aspect from domination.
