Thank you CanConPhilly for this
16 oz can, dated 3/12/18, poured into a teku

A- A slightly hazy copper/orange with a two finger white head.

S- Tons of grapefruit, some sweet pineapple, piney, some caramel malts.

T- Grapefruit, citrus, some pineapple/tropical fruits, some sweet caramel malts, piney finish.

M- Smooth, medium body

O- A good IPA, nice bitterness on the back end without losing the brightness of the Citra upfront.

Excellent AIPA from a local brewer. Cool graphics on the16 oz. can. Pours a hazy yellow/orange body with a bit frothy white head. Excellent retention and thick frothy lacing on the pint glass. Picked up the aroma as soon as I popped the can. Citra hops - aromatic, tropical fruit (grapefruit primarily but other aromas as well). Flavor is even better. Strong level of bitterness, aromatic and citrus hops with some bready malt background. Mouthfeel is crisp, rich, almost no hint of alcohol and nicely bitter. This is one of the better AIPAs. I hope it gets as popular as O'Connor's El Guapo as a staple in Tidewater restaurants.

City of Bones - Reaver Beach
IPA - 7.5% abv
Canned 3/12/18 (20 days ago)
Purchased for $18/4 pack at Growlers and More, Richmond, VA

L - 2-finger offwhite heaf atop a translucent orange body.

S - bright citrus, pineapple, sweet caramel malt.

T - lots of tropical fruits to start. Backed by an unexpected sourdough breadiness from the malt. Slightly sour but not overdone. Finishes moderately bitter. Low sweetness, low booziness.

F - medium body and carb.

O - Great balance on this one. Glad I have several others to drink later.

Bought at a Kroger's grocery store 4 pack 16 ounce cans $15 plus tax! Bottom of cans 3/12/18 Super Fresh! Pour Deep orange with a 1 inch head with a good amount of the citra hops in the surrounding air! Nice lacing on glass! Definite balancing between the hops (Citra) and the malt base! Reminds so much of Bell's Two Hearted Ale! Very Tasty! Very Crushable! %7.5 ABV so watch yourself!! Great Job and very much recommended! I guess a trip to Virginia Beach is in the future with a lot of great beer being produced there! ROADTRIP!! Haha! Enjoy great beers! SEH

Poured a cloudy, yellow body with good head and lace ring down glass. The aroma has touches of yeast/wheat twang with some bitter acidity/orange hops. The beer is crisp, bitter, light, sharp, acidic hops with a mild sweet orange juice like balance although more bitter and acidic than anything w/ crisp/sharp finish.
