L: Poured from a bottle to a snifter glass. Had a dark amber color and a cloudy consistency. There was a 3/4 inch, foamy / fizzy head that lasted an average amount of time. Very good lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of cherries, Belgian yeast, citrus, and a vinous quality.
T: Tasted of a moderate amount of Belgian-style yeast (not too much), a little honey, a good shot of grapes (and the accompanying wine barrel), light cherry notes, mild citrus notes (orange), and some peaches. An interesting flavor for a wild ale, mainly due to the grapes. It gives the taste a sharp, not quite sour, feeling. Pretty tasty.
F: A highly carbonated beer with a lively finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This is a well done, slightly unusual sour beer. Well worth a try.
