A hazy, juicy riff on our flagship Hoptopus DIPA. We took the base recipe and tweaked it, changing the yeast and water profile to juice it up. Hip-Hopto has the exact same hops, just added at later stages to reduce bitterness (plus a significantly increased dry-hopping rate). Mango, clementine, and grapefruit blast out of the glass, carried by a velvety soft mouthfeel and rewarding your taste buds.

L:16 oz can from Feb 2019 poured into a teku glass. Pours a gazy bright orange color with a finger and a half of foamy white head that quickly fades. A small amount of lacing is left around the rim of the glass
S: Juciy orange, clementine, tangerine mango, and grapefruit hit hard up front. Later on I get some cracker from the malts in addition to the fruits.
T: Very similar to the nose, huge amounts of juicy mango, orange, tangerine, and grapefruit with a nice hoppy bitterness on the finish.
F: Light bodied and easy to drink for a Double IPA with medium carbonation.
O: Absolutely fantastic DIPA from Reaver Beach. I hope they keep this in the regular roatation and don't release it just once.
