L: Poured from a bottle to a snifter glass. Had a brownish / red color and a cloudy consistency. There was an inch of foamy, off white, somewhat long-lasting head. Very good lacing.
S: A solid, but not brilliant aroma of honey, bourbon, wheat, caramel, and vanilla.
T: Tasted of a fair amount of wheat (present throughout; a big component), a hint of vanilla (kind of fleeting), a fair amount of bourbon (and its accompanying barrel), some honey notes, and a little caramel as well. Like the aroma, the taste is good but not spectacular. Some of the ingredients aren't as strong as they should be, but there's a good base there.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a smooth, yet dry finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This is an uneven beer, but it has some good qualities. Worth a look.
