I've never heard of infusing jasmine into a beer and was pleasantly surprised with this one. Doesn't look like anything fancy in the glass, a nice golden color with minimal head. The smell is fantastic, with jasmine flowers and a tea scent upfront and a little bit of citrus on the back end. The taste follows suit with being mostly jasmine but there is a nice balance with the cherrywood malt that gives much needed depth. The cocoa nibs offer just enough bitter sweetness to make it a great brew. Light carbonation keeps it dancing on your tongue and sticks around just long enough. Really enjoyable and very different.
