A- pours a clear brassy yellow with a healthy 2" "classic" head that slightly runs down the sides of my pint glass. Multiple streamig bubles. Lacing replaces everywhere the head used to be.
S- Some sweet grain, biscuit quickly overtaken by an odd dusty 3 day old cut grass smell.
T- Slight sweet grain flavor up front, with that dusty flavor followed by a bitter touch for a nice balance mingled with more sweetness.
M- Clean and very crisp. Leaves the mouth very dry. Nice carbonation.
D- this is not my favorite style, but I do applaud CBC for the effort. Not many craft breweries are doing lagers (in SD). It is easy to drink, especially for the summer time.
