Served light reddish blonde, translucent to a fault, moderate whitish head, some lace. Very faint nose, clean, some malt. Flavorful? Yes indeed, but very odd
the hops seem all over the place, no real balance. Misplaced tanginess. No malt backbone. Dried celery and medicinal bitterness plagued the flavor (and nose to a lesser degree). Too thin. Will not drink it again; skip it, not recommended.
Great name (bad beer), nice tribute to Nebraskas frontier heritage.
