On tap at White Bluffs tasting room, 1.28.12.
Hazy brown cloudy body, very dark for style due to usage of chocolate malt, half finger light tan head quick dissipation with minimal lacing. Nose is spicy, peppery, chocolate malt not noticeable aroma-wise, some black pepper also present. Taste is pretty fruity up-front stone-fruit, Santa Rosa plums, noticeable coriander notes in the middle. Medium mouthfeel, good effervescence, finish isn't exceedingly dry. A bit too dark for style guidelines, but quite tasty.
